Difficulty and Store Update!

- Added new generation for environment with a difficulty curve
- Updated store with 12 colors and 12 skins to unlock
- Player can now mix and match shapes/skins and colors
- Fixed bug where coins wouldn't despawn from previous games
- Fixed some other minor bugs
